I'm sure, anyone who loves this George pals movie, will be saddend to hear of the death of Wah Chang! Special effect guy's are the best, though sadly over looked, and never get the credit they truly deserve!!! For most. They remain just (unknown) names on a credit list!!! Every time you enter Don's website. You see Rod Taylor crouching down with fingers embraced, gazing at the Miniature Time Machine, made by Wah Chang. In the movie, Rod says "this is a Time Machine." I doubt very much if rod could have said it with such feeling, if he'd not been looking at a beautiful work of art!!! The Miniature is gone, and sadly is Wah Chang. But his work will live on!!! |
