Vince goes Ape over Time Travelling Chimp !

Vince Winskunas, well-known for his scratch-built Time Machine models as well as elaborate custom buildups of commercially available kits recently delivered one of his working buildups of the "Reshape Models" kit for a music video project.

As it turns out, the video is for a song from the appropriately-themed album "Travellers in Space and Time" by the group The Apples in Stereo.

The recently completed clip entitled "Time Pilot" sees a chimp riding the Time Machine (we just did a feature on a wolf doing as much, so why not ?) and ending up on what appears to be the lunar surface. It is very nicely executed using stop-motion animation.

Even though Apples in Stereo appears heavily influenced by Beatles music of the sixties, they have an approach and style all their own. Those wishing to hear more excerpts from their album can visit their website here:
