WOW.....yet another poor trusting soul has fell victim to Harvey's money-trap. I guess its ok in his eyes to continue collecting money when he hasn't even started or finished any models he's already been paid for.....if that isn't dishonesty then I don't know what is.
I guess Don himself who owns this forum is a liar too in Francois' eyes and just made this up. I do hope this latest victim...er I mean "client" will post here and join us. I'm sure his/her story is a VERY familiar one.

Tymerc, perhaps you could post again about another fraud here.
I am talking about Francois emailing you privatly and the fasle claims he was making to you.I feel that if he gets other peoples emails he will do the same.Try to contact them with Lies about getting there models done and buying yours as well I think Francouis is teaming up with Harvey to defraud more people.I think he will go behind my back (as well as yours ) to try to discredit the statements we make(exp)The insurance money Chris was denied.
So please take a minute to refresh us on on your "Private" emails from him as well as how you got him to stop.

My last posts on pages 3 and 4 pretty much says all I want to Francios. I've blocked his e-mails and by pure coincidense right after I did, my migraines went away...go figure.

Glad to hear it Tymerc.
Just reading through what François says makes me think there is no more that he lets on(i bet its less). He says he knows of people who have received models, yet they all want to keep silent. He knows of people who have ordered and not received, sorry they want to be silent to. I think François is making up stories to make others think he is something he is not. He has no proof of anything that he speaks of. The people here know he has no credibility on what he speaks of.
Maybe he should check out Sandra’s web site to update himself on how many people Harvey has taken money from.
She has updated and posted some more great things. Well worth a read.

Yes we are!!
Notice how quiet the "Harvey" defenders have become.
They are now being bitten by there own words.
Seems there is no one with a model to show.
Look back at how long ago Francouis said he would help people get there model. Laughing

Thank you to those who have emailed me and asked what is going on with the Harvey Mayo dealings.
Let me say that the fight is still on going.
You ask:
You sent him 6,500 and got a model, why not let it be?
Why?
Because I have a signed contract for a model and a box.
Harvey stole my money.
You ask:
Why not sue him in court?
I have, I have won a judgment against Harvey as have others.
You Ask:
Can you collect?
You betcha!
As I have said this is not over, Myself and others are working with agencies to have this matter resolved.

Yes,
There is a paper work trail of emails and contracts that have been forwarded to these people.

What can they do?
All i can tell you know is that it is "Ongoing"
There is strength in numbers so that the more people who come forward,There information will be passed along as well.

Hello Frankie,

Just a quick message to all the "silent victims" out there and we are aware of who some of you are....I have no idea why you choose to stay silent when your coming forward would be so much help. You needn't post here but we would love to talk to you and of course it will remain confidential if you choose to. We really could use more help from Harveys victims. What have you to lose? At the very least I have met some fine people here and made some friends. Please talk to us......my e-mail is always open.
As of this posting over 21,800 have read this message thread so at least I am happy someone out there wont fall into the same rip-off scam we have.
