I had been building
hand props for Star Trek for about nine years and got to know
the Propmaster quite well. He knew of my interest in Commando Cody and
when the character of Captain Proton came along he immediately contacted
me about renting my costume parts. Paramount rented my Cody rocketpack,
belt and chest control panel for the first three episodes of Captain
Proton. After which they bought a set as they planned to continue
the character. |
